of extensive hi-tech law enforcement and commercial
experience. Investigations are conducted in our laboratory
and are conducted in accordance with Association of Chief
Police Officers (ACPO) guidelines.

Forensic
Investigation
Criminal and civil investigations are performed on an
ad-hoc basis or as an outsourced service. Leaf Consultancy
has specialism in the accountancy profession assisting with
forensic accounting investigation.
Our mobile team also performs "computer misuse" sweeps
where HR departments, for example, require an ongoing
service to check for evidence of computer misuse.
Preliminary
Service
Some clients require a preliminary evidence search to
establish whether an offence has been committed.

Forensics
Traditional computer forensics revolves around static
analysis. There also exists the need to analyse a case in
its operational environment i.e. on a network and in a
live, running state.
Trojan Defence
Due to our ‘ethical hacking’ and Trojan detection
experience, we assist clients in determining the validity
of trojan defences and provide expert consultancy.

Witness
Our investigators will provide expert testimony in court
and for disciplinary proceedings. These circumstances
require an objective and independent opinion on both
criminal (individuals and Police) and civil matters (e.g.
working with Human Resources or IT Departments).
